Job Title: Division Financial Director

As a key member of our team, the Division Financial Director will provide strategic direction for the division's financial operations, partnering with management to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage and administer all division accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Lead a team of accounting professionals to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with corporate finance and accounting departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to division management and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including division management, corporate finance, and external partners.
Requirements:
  • Four-year business or accounting degree, or equivalent with advanced degree or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years construction accounting experience, with 3 years supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of and experience with on-line, integrated accounting systems.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal English language communication skills.
  • Knowledge of PC-based spreadsheet applications.
