**Job Summary**: We are seeking a skilled Advanced Neurosurgical Care Specialist to join The Inline Group in Bend, OR.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate expert clinical judgment in patient care with neuro diagnoses
  • Hospital Rounding and Surgical Assisting
  • Trauma Call coverage
  • Clinic work including pre-op workup and clearance, post-ops
  • Communicate and coordinate patient care effectively with physicians, patients, and family members

About the Role:

This is a full-time position working approximately 35 hours per week. As an expansion of our Primary Care Team, we aim to provide exceptional care to our growing population. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

  • New Graduates welcome
  • Bachelor's degree or higher required (preferably in a healthcare-related field)

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 annually, depending on experience. In addition to your annual salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
