The Educational Support Specialists will collaborate with K-6 Classroom Educators at Classical Schools to implement a comprehensive Core Knowledge curriculum. Core subjects will encompass Language Arts (Spalding or Riggs Phonics), Mathematics (Singapore), American/World History and Geography, Science, and Chess. These specialists play a crucial role in ensuring that every student is actively engaged in the enriching curriculum offered at our academies. Additionally, these positions provide significant teaching opportunities and targeted professional development activities aimed at preparing individuals for future lead teaching roles.

Great Hearts Academies is an expanding network of 45 public, open-enrollment, tuition-free educational institutions located in San Antonio (TX), Dallas/Ft. Worth (TX), Phoenix (AZ), Baton Rouge (LA), and Florida (in the future). We currently serve over 25,000 K-12 students, granting them access to a high-quality, classical liberal arts education. Our mission is not only to prepare our graduates for success in prestigious universities but also to foster the formation of the soul, heart, and mind.

Requirements: Certification is not a prerequisite for teaching at any of the Great Hearts Academies. All candidates must show they are qualified to teach the subjects assigned to them.
