Your goal will be to guide customers through our full suite of Optimum products and services, ensuring that their solution best fits their needs.
We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, has excellent communication and negotiation skills, and is able to work independently. If you're a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:- Customized Solutions: Develop and implement tailored telecom packages that meet the unique needs of each customer.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest offerings, pricing plans, and technological advancements in the telecom industry.
- Sales Pitch: Effectively communicate the benefits and value of our products and services to customers.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate and close sales agreements with customers, ensuring that they are satisfied with their solution.
- Documentation: Complete all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports with precision and accuracy.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional post-sales support and assistance.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow sales representatives to achieve collective goals and objectives.
- Targets and Quotas: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and sales practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum one year of previous door-to-door selling experience.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivator with a knack for working independently.
- Proficient computer and technical skills.
- Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to work full time.
