Job Description
As a Senior Government Product Management Executive at For People, you will lead and mentor a team of product managers across diverse government projects. Your expertise will shape product strategies, modernize digital services delivery, and improve outcomes for disadvantaged populations. This role is instrumental in shaping the future of our product management practice and growing our capabilities to meet complex community needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and develop a product management team delivering high-quality outcomes for government partners
- Develop and refine product management best practices for implementation across all federal government projects
- Lead the product management practice area through training, mentoring, and 1:1 meetings with skilled product managers
- Establish a product management community of practice at For People to mature our practice for delivering high-quality digital services

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:

- Proven experience in product management for federal government programs
- A keen interest in data platforms and data strategies in government settings
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of directing, mentoring, and coaching teams in cross-matrixed environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to navigate complex partner environments and influence top-level decision-makers while staying connected to those closest to delivery
- A proactive approach to anticipating and planning for change management
- Deep understanding of the digital services ecosystem, including human-centered design and agile methodologies
