Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Doctorate in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, or a related field) or a Master's degree with significant clinical experience.
  • Current licensure as a psychologist, social worker, or other relevant clinical professional.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a clinical leadership role, with a proven track record of success in managing clinical teams and driving quality improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
