- At least 7 years of experience in a clinical leadership role, with a proven track record of success in managing clinical teams and driving quality improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
