Position Overview:

Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 7 years in cash management and client-facing roles.
- Familiarity with Treasury Management products and the client sales cycle is essential.
- A high degree of professionalism and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues is crucial.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills, along with strong consultative selling and negotiation abilities.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree is preferred.

Additional Information:
- The role requires proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with pipeline reporting systems. A Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is desirable or a willingness to pursue it within the first couple of years of employment.
