Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA certification is preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity, ideally within the banking sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements for financial institutions.
  • Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and software, preferably banking software such as FIS or Fiserv.
  • Exceptional leadership and management abilities, with a talent for motivating and developing a high-performing team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
