Position Summary:

The role of the Customer Service Associate is a full-time, hourly position that plays a vital part in our operations. As a key holder, you will take on the responsibilities of the manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager or when the situation demands. Your primary focus will be to ensure an exceptional customer service experience while supporting the sales of automotive repair services and tires.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete the necessary training program to effectively implement the sales process.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, both in-store and over the phone, engaging them, scheduling appointments, and understanding their needs.
  • Assist in various customer care tasks, including work order completion and register support.
  • Handle basic opening and closing responsibilities as a secondary key carrier.
  • Adhere to all cash handling policies and work with management to address customer service issues.

  • Keep the customer waiting area organized and welcoming.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid driver's license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) is necessary.
  • At least one year of sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills are essential for writing sales orders and explaining services.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities are required.
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
