The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Chiropractic Clinic Coordinator to join our team. As a Chiropractic Clinic Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet patients with enthusiasm and build relationships, providing a welcoming and supportive environment.
  • Wellness Education: Educate patients on wellness offerings and services, including chiropractic care and maintenance plans.
  • Sales and Marketing: Utilize sales skills to promote and sell wellness plans and visit packages to patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete transactions using point of sale software, manage patient accounts, and maintain accurate records.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in marketing and sales opportunities to attract new patients and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Operational Management: Manage daily clinic operations, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring inventory is stocked.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, doctors, and staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional patient care.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree or higher preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in sales, preferably in a high-paced retail environment
  • Skills: Bilingual preferred, proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to use office equipment
  • Personal Qualities: Cheerful and positive attitude, able to work weekends and evenings, and maintain a professional appearance
