Key Responsibilities- Treat a wide variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and trauma, using evidence-based therapies and interventions.
- Develop and coordinate individualized treatment plans for patients, incorporating input from patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, using a range of therapeutic approaches and techniques.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in mental health, incorporating new knowledge and skills into your practice.
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a psychologist in the state of Washington.
- Experience working with a diverse range of patients, including those with complex mental health needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
