Early Psychosis Outpatient Clinician, Fee For Service

The Eliot Center is seeking a strengths-based/trauma-informed outpatient therapist to provide evidence-based counseling for individuals in their first three years of experiencing a primary episode and diagnosis of psychosis.
Clinicians in this role will receive free training and certification in Individual Resiliency Training, an evidence-based treatment in early episode psychosis.
There is also the opportunity to provide additional fee-for-service counseling with children, teens, families, adults, and elders.
Our multi-disciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, mental health counselors, and other professionals administer a full range of clinical and support services, resulting in a comprehensive collaborative approach to treatment.
The clinician in this role would be required to participate in the Early Episode Psychosis program and team-based treatment with a multidisciplinary focus.
Responsibilities:
- Complete the IRT training and consistently engage in the fidelity and certification supervision that takes place biweekly.
- Provide assessment, IRT intervention, and complete MAPNET assessment batteries for data outcomes and meet measurement and treatment tracking requirements.
- Participate in the early episode psychosis team meetings and collaboration with the efforts to meet the NAVIGATE and DMH standards of care and treatment of patients enrolled in the program.
- Provide crisis intervention, diagnostic evaluation, and treatment services utilizing a variety of treatment modalities such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy as clinically indicated.
- Document service delivery to high professional standards in a timely and professional manner in the client record.
- Responsible for adhering to the clinic's scheduling protocol, initiating outreach to clients for whom treatment has been interrupted, and for documenting all outreach attempts in the clinical record.
- Establish effective working relationships with clients and utilize solution-based interventions which best address specific problem areas as identified in the client's treatment plan.
- Submit all administrative and billing paperwork by the end of each business day.
- Complete all clinical documentation, such as progress notes, diagnostic evaluations, treatment plans, quarterly reviews, and termination/discharge summaries within the timeframes outlined in the agency's policies.

MA: $32.52
LICSW: $40.00
LMHC: $40.00
LMFT: $40.00
LCSW: $35.00
Bilingual highly desirable, pay differential for bilingual capacity.
