Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Support Personnel for Behavioral Needs to join our team at Brevard Public Schools. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the academic and personal success of our students.

Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing individualized support to students with special needs
  • Collaborating with teachers and support staff to develop and implement effective instructional strategies
  • Maintaining accurate records and communicating with parents/guardians as needed

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 60 semester hours from an accredited institution, with at least 30 hours in general education core curriculum and/or child development and education
  • Valid Florida driver's license

Benefits and Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is $32,512 - $33,664, based on a 9-month contract and an hourly rate of $16.04 - $16.40. Additionally, employees receive various benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
