Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Florida Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our team. This role presents a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the quality of life for residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities throughout the state.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to establish strong therapeutic alliances with diverse patient populations. Proficiency in evidence-based treatments, such as CBT, ACT, and DBT, is mandatory. Additionally, the successful candidate must be proficient in computer and technology skills, have current unencumbered Florida licensure, and be willing to travel site-to-site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care using evidence-based treatments
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Travel to various facilities within the state to provide services
Requirements
  • PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution
  • Current, unencumbered Florida licensure
  • Proficiency in evidence-based treatments (CBT, ACT, DBT)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Valid Florida Driver's License and CPR certification
