Speech Language Pathologist for Special Needs

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language therapy services to students with diverse needs.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have experience working with special needs students, particularly those with autism. You will be required to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals to ensure effective implementation of therapy strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students with varying levels of need
- Conduct standardized and non-standardized assessments to identify student strengths and weaknesses
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to each student's unique requirements
- Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and monitor student progress
- Attend IEP and MFE meetings to ensure collaborative planning and communication with the student's educational team
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- A Florida SLP License
- Experience working with students with special needs, preferably those with autism
- Certification in CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
