- Customer Service Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Leadership Experience: 1+ year of leadership experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
