**Job Title:** Cardiac Monitoring Specialist

**Location:** Remote opportunities available

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Receive and analyze ECG transmissions in our telehealth service center, generating reports for physicians and communicating as necessary.
  • Stay current with clinical knowledge, specifically ECG rhythm interpretation.
  • Review ECG recordings and algorithm findings for clinical accuracy, evaluate ECG for notification criteria, and document actions.
  • Assist in communicating ECG abnormalities according to physician notification protocol.
  • Ensure quality assurance of readings and reports delivered to physicians.
  • Assist in EMS activation and handle incoming calls from patients using our client's customer-centric approach.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or GED, with at least 6 months of related experience.
  • Active CRAT/CCT certification or RN or Paramedic/EMT with current ACLS.
  • Proficiency in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook); comfortable using telephone and computer for job responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of cardiac/cardiology-specific medical terminology.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills; positive attitude and team player.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy; ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
