Community Resilience Specialist

Community Concepts is seeking a Community Resilience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with first responders and their families to enhance their overall well-being. This will involve providing targeted support services, including training, workshops, and one-on-one counseling, as well as serving as a liaison between our organization and local public safety departments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work or a related field, with a minimum of three years of experience in providing direct support services to vulnerable populations. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with first responders and connect them with necessary resources.
