Job Title: Corporate Real Estate Project Manager

SMBC Group is a top-tier global financial group with a 400-year history. We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Real Estate Project Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop proactive working relationships with internal partners and external vendors.
  • Ensure horizontal integration of other functions such as Technology, HR, Finance, Legal, Risk to create innovative solutions and experiences for the business within the region.
  • Coordinate supporting service providers.
  • Coordinate and facilitate all project delivery obligations including moves, changes and adds.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of real estate project management experience.
  • Knowledge of all aspects of real estate projects including cost estimating, scheduling, construction contracts, value engineering, procurement methods and capital planning.
  • Strong client focus and responsiveness to business needs.
  • Well-developed communication and presentation skills including executive interaction and writing.
  • Team player and self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $85,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year.
