Xander Law Group, P.A. is a Miami-based legal firm focusing on corporate law and civil litigation.

We are in search of a Junior Legal Counsel with exceptional writing abilities. Prior litigation experience is advantageous, though we are willing to offer comprehensive on-the-job training for the right candidate. A minimum of two years of experience as a practicing attorney is required.

The role encompasses various legal disciplines, including corporate transactions, civil litigation, criminal defense, immigration law, and family law. The Junior Legal Counsel will be responsible for drafting legal documents such as motions and contracts, as well as representing clients in court proceedings. The attorney will manage their own caseload with limited oversight from senior partners.

This position entails frequent court appearances and participation in USCIS interviews.

Compensation will include a percentage of any cases the attorney brings to the firm from their existing client base, and starting salaries will be adjusted based on the attorney's own book of business.

Interested candidates should submit a resume or CV along with references and a writing sample.

Salary will be commensurate with experience, and the partners are committed to providing training for attorneys who may have less experience in this area of law.
