About the Role

The Director of Social Services will be responsible for leading the Social Services team at our new SNF center in the Silver Spring, MD area. This is a unique opportunity to help launch a beautiful, new facility and shape the social services program from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social services programs that promote the psychosocial wellbeing of residents
  • Counsel family members, residents, and staff members to address their needs and concerns
  • Advocate for residents' rights and interests, working collaboratively with direct care staff to ensure their needs are met
  • Lead the Social Services team to provide high-quality services that enhance the lives of our residents

Qualifications and Experience
