Public Health Data Expert

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team in Richmond, VA. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, proficiency in SQL, Tableau, R, REDCap, and Microsoft Excel, and experience working with diverse groups and projects.
The Data Analyst will be responsible for:
- Conducting complex data cleaning, integration, and analysis
- Collaborating with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and data stewards to ensure data projects are accurate and fulfill business needs
- Leverage various analytical and visualization tools to develop complex data cleaning, integration, and analysis projects
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in biostatistics or equivalent and at least 4 years of experience in data analysis. A Master's degree in biostatistics or equivalent is highly desired.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
