Key Responsibilities
  • Support transmission modeling projects by working with client teams to understand project implications and assist in communications with partner organizations.
  • Develop innovative forecasting methods for short-term and long-term predictions using various data formats and tools.
  • Extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources and create comprehensive data streams.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and present findings to business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Collaborate with product design and engineering teams to develop an understanding of reporting needs and implement analytical models in production.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with knowledge of different forecast modeling techniques.
  • Experience using Transmission Network Modeling tools, including Siemens PSSE or PROMOD.
  • Advanced degree in data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or engineering.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL variants.
  • Strong communication and technical writing skills.
