About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Manager to join our team at Apparatus Studio. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with interior designers, architects, and other key stakeholders in the luxury design industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and growth
  • Manage client orders efficiently through the sales process, including quoting, invoicing, and shipping
  • Represent Apparatus Studio with elevated presentations to clients, showcasing our product and brand story
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring a positive and engaging experience
  • Utilize reporting to manage the sales process, recognize areas of opportunity, and partner with leadership to create and deploy outreach strategies
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of elevated sales experience in a similar client-facing role in the interior design industry or with luxury products
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain ongoing client relationships
  • Knowledge and interest in contemporary design
  • Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
