Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Plasma Center Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our donors, ensuring their safety and satisfaction
  • Screening donors, taking vital signs, and recording medical history
  • Preparing donor charts, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating donor compensation
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing changes to center processes
  • Working collaboratively with our team to ensure a clean and professional work environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs.
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
Preferred Qualifications

We welcome candidates with experience working in food service, retail, hospital, lab, or a regulated environment. Strong customer service skills and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment are also highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive starting hourly wage of $17.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and more.
