Production Manager of Commissary

As a Food Production Manager at Compass Group USA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and timely preparation of finished food products. This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of production employees to meet food quality and quantity standards.
- Ensure proper portioning of foods and verify all items are prepared for tray line.
- Order and receive food and nonfood items, and monitor inventory levels.
- Lead, train, and develop staff to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Kitchen Manager and Senior Production Manager to achieve business objectives.
- Complete weekly inventory and monitor labeling of all items with proper information.
- Practice and enforce all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Schedule maintenance on all equipment and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish.
