Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced tradesperson to work on full-time commercial construction projects across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, painting, flooring, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on commercial construction projects, including carpentry, painting, and flooring.
  • Install and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Assist in the installation of doors, windows, and other building components.
  • Work safely and efficiently to meet project deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to build relationships and resolve issues.
  • Document repairs and maintenance activities, including measurements, pictures, and recommendations for future repairs.
  • Travel to project sites throughout the United States as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or commercial maintenance.
  • OSHA 10hr certification or completion of OSHA 10hr within 3 months of employment.
  • Basic construction hand tools and ability to work at heights.
  • Ability to work overtime and/or on-call as workload and emergency issues dictate.
