Job Description

Nandail Property Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plant equipment to ensure seamless operations and meet production demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical controls, circuits, mechanical components, and pneumatic systems.
  • Apply knowledge of AC and DC electrical theory and, if applicable, understand 3-phase motor control circuits.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Allen Bradley PLCs, remote sensor interfaces, HMIs, VFDs, and other automated control systems.
  • Conduct maintenance and repairs on manufacturing and facility equipment and systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on production, processing, and plant equipment.
  • Follow directions and work independently when necessary.
  • Operate forklifts, boom lifts, and scissor lifts.
  • Accurately complete all required paperwork.
  • Adapt to scheduled and unscheduled overtime, and handle shift flexibility.
  • Ensure safe operation of equipment, adhere to GMP guidelines, and maintain a clean work area.
  • Participate in meetings, provide training to others, and fill in for other roles as needed.
  • Support the development of a safety-conscious culture by adhering to all safety procedures, operating equipment safely, and reporting unsafe conditions to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; a Technical Certificate or Associate Degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have personal hand tools necessary for job duties.
  • Salary based on experience.
