We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Payment Posting Specialist at InterMed, P.A.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Process insurance payments and denials in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work closely with the Revenue Cycle Manager to investigate unusual contractual adjustments.
  • Ensure all pending and variance items are resolved within designated time frames.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • One to three years of Medical Billing Office experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
