**Job Description:**
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Payment Posting Specialist at InterMed, P.A.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Process insurance payments and denials in a timely and accurate manner.
- Work closely with the Revenue Cycle Manager to investigate unusual contractual adjustments.
- Ensure all pending and variance items are resolved within designated time frames.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information.
**Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- One to three years of Medical Billing Office experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
