Job Description

We are currently seeking highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team. As a BCBA at Action Behavior Centers, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum. This includes completing initial intake and recurring assessments using specific assessment tools, collecting data, creating individualized treatment plans, and providing 30+ treatment hours per week for your clients.

You will also lead and educate a dedicated team of Registered Behavior Therapists, collaborate with like-minded individuals dedicated to living our core values, and discharge and transition plan for children on your caseload.

Clinical Directors will oversee the clinical operations of their assigned center, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to industry standards. They will engage, mentor, and inspire our team of BCBAs and RBTs, handle a client caseload of 3 patients, and participate in quality training and compliance initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must be a certified BCBA with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or sitting for your BCBA exam within one month. Clinical Director candidates must have at least 3 years of experience as a certified BCBA. A passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families is essential.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $75,000-$105,000, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes flexible onsite schedules, a $30,000 long-term incentive plan, industry-leading benefits such as student loan repayment and maternity/paternity awards, and structured career growth opportunities.

Our centers are located across Texas, including San Antonio, Austin, Houston, and Dallas. We believe in clinician freedom of choice and do not require non-competes or onerous contracts. Generous paid time off, CEU days, and work-from-home options are also available.
