We Achieve ABA is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, and we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Behavior Analyst to join our team.

About the Role

This is a full-time, 25-hour-per-week position that offers a competitive salary of $25,000 per year ($100 per hour), making it an attractive opportunity for professionals in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs): Our Senior Behavior Analyst will conduct comprehensive FBAs to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors and develop personalized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Supervise and Support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs): The successful candidate will supervise and support RBTs to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to implement behavior plans effectively.
  • Foster Collaborative Relationships with Families: Building strong relationships with families is crucial in our work. Our Senior Behavior Analyst will work closely with families to help them carry out strategies at home, school, and in the community.
  • Track and Analyze Data: Accurate data tracking and analysis are essential in ABA therapy. Our Senior Behavior Analyst will monitor progress, make adjustments to interventions as needed, and provide regular updates to families and colleagues.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
