About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavioral Analyst to join our team at Soar Autism Center. As a Behavior Analyst In Training, you will be responsible for providing high-quality services to children with autism and their families.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and a strong background in behavioral science. You will work closely with families to develop individualized therapy plans, set ambitious goals, and provide coaching and supervision to a team of registered behavior technicians (RBTs).

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting direct client therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans, including creating behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill-based treatment (SBT) plans
  • Providing case supervision to RBTs, offering guidance and support to ensure effective implementation of ESDM therapy
  • Collaborating with families to conduct family treatment guidance meetings and provide ongoing support
  • Writing assessment reports, including training on the Vineland, QABF, FAST, and ESDM Curriculum Checklist

You will also participate in interdisciplinary meetings with speech language pathologists, occupational therapists, and psychologists to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A master's degree in ABA or a related field
  • Enrollment in or completion of a master's program within the past year
  • BCBA certification or eligibility within 400-600 hours of completing all practicum hours
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to effectively plan your time and prioritize tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with families
  • Demonstrated emerging skills in case conceptualization, client programming, and planning, as well as coaching and supervising RBTs

Estimated Salary Range

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience.
