Position Overview:
The Senior Administrative Coordinator will deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the executive leadership team.

Location:
Springfield, MA

Compensation:
$25.00-$28.00 per hour, commensurate with experience

Work Schedule:
40 hours per week; Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexibility for additional hours as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop agendas and notes for Leadership Team meetings.
2. Gather and organize data into Excel spreadsheets.
3. Manage scheduling for the Chief of Staff.
4. Oversee purchasing and monitor office supplies and inventory.
5. Perform copying, printing, and scanning tasks.
6. Maintain filing and shredding processes.
7. Handle mailings and emails.
8. Coordinate contracts and support the Human Rights Committee.

Qualifications:
