Overview

Groove Auto is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Service Business Development Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and ensuring their vehicles are back on the road as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their complete satisfaction
  • Schedule service appointments at the earliest available time slots
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their vehicles are repaired to their satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
