About the Role

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient daily functions. You will be responsible for managing both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams, driving profitability, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor FOH and BOH staff, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure exceptional service and culinary excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, control costs, and enhance profitability.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and food/labor cost controls to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote local events and build community relationships.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and effectively, striving for complete satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume full-service establishment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a focus on team development.
  • Hands-on experience in managing financial reports (P&L statements, inventory control, etc.).
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and build positive customer relationships.
  • A passion for the restaurant industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
