Job Responsibilities:
Low Voltage Cable Technicians will engage in a variety of tasks across commercial and industrial locations, including:
- Pulling, terminating, dressing, testing, and labeling CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6a, and Fiber data cables.
- Installing and terminating racks, cable trays, patch panels, cabinets, MDF/IDF, and workstation outlets.
- Reading and interpreting general system layouts from blueprints.
- Installing devices such as camera/CCTV systems, access control, and audio-visual equipment.
- Possessing OSHA10, OSHA30, Lift, and Manufacturer Certifications is advantageous and may influence pay rates.
