About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Compliance Intern to join our team at Cipla. As a Quality Assurance Compliance Intern, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform basic archiving tasks with Doc control using current procedures.
  • Work with the Master Control team on documents and Training.
  • Work with the Complaints team on investigations and summary reports.
  • Work with Regulatory surveillance/internal audit team.
  • Identify and report any non-conformances/discrepancies to management if applicable.
  • Other duties that management may assign from time to time.
Requirements
  • BS degree in Pharmacy, Regulatory affairs or related field.
  • 0 - 1 year of experience.
  • Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and good documentation practices preferred.
  • Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to focus on details.
  • BASIC computer skills (Word and Excel) - Intermediate.
  • Good basic math knowledge and excellent attention to details.

The salary range mentioned above is an anticipated base salary range for this position. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.

In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for benefits and participation in a bonus program based on performance and company results.
