Responsibilities- Assess resident health problems and needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients, providing compassionate and personalized support.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, promoting a culture of collaboration and respect.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
- RN degree from an accredited college or school of nursing.
- New York State license as Registered Professional Nurse.
- Two years of clinical nursing experience, with a preference for geriatric experience.
- BCLS/CPR certification required.
Our Lady of Consolation Nursing & Rehabilitation offers a competitive salary range of $46.35-$49.15 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including dental insurance, flexible scheduling, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
