Position Title: Assembler/Installer

Job Summary:
The Assembler/Installer role is integral to our operations, focusing on the assembly and installation of customized products within commercial vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute sub-assembly or pre-assembly tasks for various components, including steel cabinets and ladder racks.
  • Install pre-assembled items and electrical components as necessary.
  • Conduct inspections of parts and assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of completed vehicles.

Essential Duties:
  • Construct and install both interior and exterior components in vehicles.
  • Adhere to wiring diagrams and schematics for electrical installations.
  • Uphold production standards and quality benchmarks.
  • Complete required documentation accurately.
  • Engage in recycling efforts as needed.
  • Ensure a safe working environment while maintaining good housekeeping practices.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum age of 18 years with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
  • At least 3 months of relevant experience in manufacturing or assembly.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in English to understand and execute written and verbal instructions.

Physical Requirements:
Individuals in this role will frequently engage in physical activities such as climbing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Proficiency in using hand-held power tools is essential.

Supervisory Role:
This position does not entail supervisory responsibilities.
