Product Assembler Job Description

At Bray Architects, we are seeking a skilled Product Assembler to join our team. As a Product Assembler, you will play a vital role in the production of high-quality industrial valves, actuators, and accessories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely and efficiently complete mechanical assemblies of industrial valves, actuators, and accessories
  • Follow instructions on sales orders and work orders
  • Maintain a healthy and clean work environment
  • Follow company safety production policies and procedures
  • Adapt to change and new situations
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Ability to adhere to safety policies and maintain a safe work station
  • Driven with a sense of responsibility and accountability
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to stand for long hours
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Highly dependable and flexible
  • Good communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate within a team environment
  • Ability to read, speak, and write English and follow both written and verbal instructions
  • Attention to detail and precision in work
  • Available to work overtime hours
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Able to interpret electrical wiring diagrams
  • Stand-up Reach Truck experience
  • Knowledgeable on computers
  • Possesses critical thinking skills
