Job Title: District Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager to join our team at Bareburger. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple restaurants, ensuring excellent guest service, team development, high-quality foods, food safety, store cleanliness, and maximum profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement restaurant business plans to drive sales growth and profitability
  • Oversee restaurant financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies to attract and retain customers
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory management, purchasing, and supply chain logistics
  • Lead and develop restaurant management teams to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in restaurant management, with a focus on multi-unit operations
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, employees, and vendors
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety, inventory management, and supply chain logistics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
