OBJECTIVES:

  • To safeguard our community, clients, and their visitors.
  • To deter and prevent criminal activities.
  • To identify potential risks and reduce losses for our clients and their guests.
  • To deliver outstanding customer service to all individuals we encounter.
  • To help foster a secure and safe environment.
  • To respond to emergencies and take necessary actions to ensure the safety of all individuals on-site.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Utilize the company vehicle to ensure the security of multiple client locations, preventing trespassing, criminal acts, and disturbances.
  • Complete designated patrol routes and assignments by adhering to detailed verbal and written instructions.
  • Prepare thorough reports for each site visited, summarizing key details of patrol activities.
  • Provide backup support as required at other locations.
  • Exercise due diligence in handling company assets to avoid loss or damage.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of hiring.
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Exhibit consistent performance, attendance, and a professional demeanor.
  • Obtain and sustain personal liability insurance.
  • Maintain a clean driving record with no serious violations in the past five years.
  • Pass a background check.
  • Undergo drug testing upon hiring.
  • Experience in security and customer service is preferred.
  • Utilize a personal smartphone for electronic processes.
  • Adhere to confidentiality policies regarding organizational information.
  • Maintain a current security guard certification.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Proficient with technology, applications, and software tools.
  • Ability to respond appropriately to incidents and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with local areas and roadways.
