Recruiter II Position Overview

This role is pivotal in the talent acquisition process across various levels, ensuring that our recruitment strategy aligns with the mission and objectives of Qualfon. The emphasis is on sourcing and managing candidates through the applicant tracking system (ATS), hiring individuals with essential qualifications, and cultivating a robust candidate pipeline. Additional responsibilities include workforce planning, compliance oversight, HRIS management, and engaging with the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring leaders to identify and understand staffing requirements
  • Oversee the complete recruitment cycle
  • Organize and conduct candidate interviews
  • Develop a pipeline of prospective candidates
  • Source candidates through diverse platforms
  • Engage in employer branding efforts
  • Represent Qualfon at various events
  • Evaluate ATS data for process enhancements
  • Maintain connections with former and potential candidates
  • Ensure timely and quality hiring
  • Execute additional tasks as required

Required Skills:

  • Enthusiastic and positive demeanor
  • Capability to work onsite at designated locations
  • Experience in call center recruitment or related fields
  • Sales experience is advantageous
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Preferred experience in event coordination
  • Skill in aligning candidates with appropriate positions
