We are seeking a skilled Grade Crew Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will play a critical role in building better communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and Interpret Plans and Specifications: Ensure projects are built correctly and on schedule.
  • Supervise and Teach Team Members: Foster a culture of safety, quality, and job profitability.
  • Communicate Project Issues: Effectively communicate with project managers and customers.
  • Organize and Plan Work: Delegate tasks, labor, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Operate Heavy Equipment: Safely and productively operate equipment such as graders, trackhoes, loaders, skid steers, backhoes, and haul trucks.

Requirements:

  • Great Communicator: Strong communication skills to motivate team members and achieve project milestones.
  • High Energy and Motivation: Ability to lead and motivate team members to meet project goals.
  • Knowledge of Equipment: Familiarity with equipment used for the job and ability to operate it safely and efficiently.
  • Outdoor Work: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • CDL and MSHA Training: CDL and MSHA training are a plus, but not required.
  • Crusher Experience: Experience with crushers is a plus.
  • Microsoft Office and HCSS: Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and HCSS is a plus.
