The trucking supervisor position is critical and here are some of the things you will do:

* Dispatch and manage trucks, truck resources, and varying truck schedules
* Monitor employee training and certification
* Prepare and submit required reports
* Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental requirements
* Travel to job sites to determine truck needs
* Maintain commercial driver's license (CDL) and department of transportation (DOT) medical certificate

We want our trucking supervisor to grow with us and are excited to give you opportunities to grow your skill level and try new things. Additionally, we're looking for:

* Excellent customer service skills
* Exceptional interpersonal, problem solving, and technical skills
* Ability to resolve customer complaints regarding drivers and materials
* Ability to adapt well to change
* Five years of trucking experience

You'll need a valid driver's license, and you'll need to show your eligibility to work in U.S.
