Reliability Engineer

The American Rheinmetall Vehicles, LLC engineering team is seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to support the design and development of next-generation combat vehicles.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reliability and maintainability analytical methods, with a focus on ground combat vehicles.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the development of system reliability models and hardware and software reliability predictions
  • Conducting R&M evaluations and generating reliability critical item lists for hardware
  • Developing reliability block diagrams and math models
  • Supporting the development of design failure mode and effects analysis (DFMEA) with IPT support
  • Presenting at human factor reviews and soldier touch points to elicit soldier feedback

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems) or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in the application of reliability and maintainability analytical methods for ground combat vehicles.
