Key Responsibilities
- Pest Management - Execute inspections to identify the source of pest activity. Select and develop a solution using products and services to address pest presence. Implement pest treatments and install products to ensure a pest-free environment. Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
- Client Relations - Foster customer relationships through friendly, helpful, and courteous interactions during service visits. Understand customer needs and provide solutions to pest issues, recommending suitable services to resolve concerns. Identify and inform customers of additional service offerings that may add value.
- Ongoing Education - Gain expertise in the range of available products and services through provided, compensated training. Stay updated on the latest advancements, trends, technology, and regulations in the pest management sector. Engage in employer-sponsored training on new methods, products, and services within the pest control solutions spectrum. Obtain and maintain necessary licenses/certifications as mandated by federal, state, and local regulations.
- Available to work Monday through Friday and Saturdays as required
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in customer-facing roles preferred
- Proven attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and become knowledgeable in pest management
- Comfortable with self-directed work conditions following a training period
In addition to the base pay, a colleague in this role who has completed training may qualify for additional monetary compensation, including overtime, incentives, and/or commission pay. Total annual earning potential may vary based on performance, assigned routes, and achievement of Key Performance Indicators ("KPIs").
