As a vital member of the ACCESS Specialty Animal Hospital team in Los Angeles, you will play a crucial role in assisting pet owners during their visits to our facility.

Role Responsibilities:
Our Client Care Team Members serve as the initial point of contact for pet parents, guiding them through what can often be a challenging experience.
Key Qualifications:
- A genuine desire to assist individuals during stressful times
- At least one year of experience in a customer service capacity, with prior veterinary experience being essential
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Alignment with our core values: Quality, Integrity, Compassion, and Service
Daily Tasks:
- Responding to incoming phone calls and taking messages
- Triage of requests from clients
- Assisting clients with check-in, discharge, and checkout processes
- Managing financial transactions
- Facilitating requests for medications
- Gaining knowledge of department-specific medications, diagnostics, and procedures
Compensation:
Our competitive pay structure starts at $19 - $21 per hour, based on your experience. Additional shift differentials are available for hours worked during specific times, including evenings and weekends.
