Key Responsibilities- Programming and Troubleshooting: Perform HVAC control systems programming, troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning to ensure seamless operation and optimal performance.
- Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and low-voltage components to prevent downtime and ensure system reliability.
- Temperature Control Systems: Program temperature control systems based on project specifications to meet the needs of our clients.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to customers and project teams, ensuring timely resolution of issues and exceeding expectations.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of DDC/BAS control system start-up, checkout, and controls experience, as well as at least 2 years of HVAC service experience or a combination of formal technical training.
- Knowledge and Skills: Extensive knowledge of HVAC, control systems, building automation, electrical systems, and energy management, with proficiency in using hand/power tools and electrical testing equipment.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, a customer service focus, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Certifications and Licenses: Possession of a valid 06A Electrical License (preferred) and OSHA Certification (preferred), as well as a valid Washington State Driver's License and Clean Driving Record.
- Education and Training: Solid computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office software, and successful completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol screenings and background check.
