Collision Repair Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Collision Repair Specialist to join our team at Disability Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repair services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Examine damaged vehicles and develop efficient repair plans.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and effective repair processes.
- Perform quality repairs while prioritizing on-time delivery.
- Make informed decisions regarding repair versus replacement, considering factors such as safety, cost, and cycle time.
- Remove and replace vehicle components as needed to facilitate repairs.
- Participate in regular safety meetings and adhere to all safety protocols.
- File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces to ensure a high-quality finish.
- Supervise and mentor junior technicians as needed.
- Certification in body repair is preferred.
- Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and manufacturer specifications.
- I-CAR welding certification.
- Ability to analyze and interpret measuring data.
- Leadership skills and ability to supervise repair personnel.
- Pass a thorough background check.
